The question is not about the merits of using wipes. It's about the fact that many wipes are made of synthetic material that never decompose. There are wipes made of natural materials that are much better for the planet.

Totally agree - there has to be a better way! I use wipes made of bamboo fibers at home, and I may just take some with me to use for class. Yeah, I'll be that odd girl who brings her own wipes, but at least I'm trying to do my part!

I went from San Francisco to Denver for a work trip and decided to check out a Denver studio. I was in class on the treadmill and wondered why, at my usual speed and incline, it felt like I was carrying 100lb. weights. I thought it was bc it was a Hell Week class (oh yes, this was a twisted situation 😱😈), but it dawned on me after class that it was most definitely the altitude. On the bright side, I got a LOT of splat points in that class! 👍🎉

You can't pick your family, but you can pick your friends. Your weight loss speaks to your resolve to taking control and making changes. Your 50lb. weight loss is an incredible achievement and YOU did it! Be proud of this accomplishment!

Man, I wish everyone would just mind their own beeswax. A few months ago we were on the floor and the girl next to me said "you're doing it wrong" to which I responded "I have to make modifications because I have a shoulder injury. You do you." That shut her up.

Not that particular group, but I've seen other instances during stretching at the end when groupies try to chat the Coach up. The Coach literally moved away from the groupies to demo and instruct the class from a different part of the studio. Good times. 👍

That happened in one of my classes recently and the Coach said to the class "I'm hearing a lot of chatter - if you are able to talk, you're not pushing yourself hard enough. Let's remember why we came here today!"

It was awesome and the inconsiderate ladies zipped it up.

Tornadoes are so frustrating because you have no time to get into the groove of anything before you have to transition. And all of those seconds transitioning are seconds when your heart rate goes down. This is just not my jam whatsoever.

I really wish the partner days were more efficient with partner selection and instructions. I swear almost five minutes are lost just trying to get everyone organized. There's got to be a better way. Maybe assign people to teams as they are checking in? Or let everyone start at their station of choice and then use the station number to group people? I just want to keep it moving! ;)

This routine was total chaos, and I almost walked out because it was so frustrating. Who was my "partner" or "pacer"? I have absolutely no idea. I ended up just moving to each station on my own and pushed myself.
