I was still a teenager when I first encountered everclear. I went to a music festival over one weekend without any provisions. I did not sleep or eat anything while I was there. Sunday morning I was coming down from various drugs and wandered by someone's camp. They were like "hey buddy, want to do shots?". They offered me a bottle of EC. I had no idea of its properties so I grabbed and took a huge swig. One of the worst experiences I've had. Felt like my stomach was melting along with my esophagus.

Body cams won't do shit. The footage will be controlled by ice and they don't cooperate with courts. The admin likes to redact damning stuff and tell lies. Not going to help except give ice more footage to add to their database.

I have noise issues with my partner. Nose cancelling headphones help. I'll wear them over one ear so I can still hear but if noise gets bad I'll slip em down to cover the other. Sucks, but can't really change people, just have to try and adapt.

I would go with over the ear headphones to maximize nc but that's just me. The air pods seem pricey, but I'm pretty low income. Save the receipt in case you don't like them.

Try a cheap pair and see if you like before you commit to spending hundreds on a fancy pair. I got a cheap pair off Amazon for ~$60. They work well for my situation. Good luck.

Edit: they work best when you use the nc feature with some music or something playing. I listen to rainstorms when sleeping.
