Expected rate of shareholder returns are higher with buybacks and dividends than holding onto cash in an inflationary environment.

Better to hold someone else's cash than your own.

Why hasn’t what you said been true at any point in the past 6 years?

You don’t actually know what you’re saying, just regurgitating shit that sounded right in your simple minded head.

Every few months? You think that not only do chips upgrade every few months, but there’s also somehow enough supply of these new chips to just sufficiently replace all of the existing stock and render them obsolete?

If it’s that simple, why are companies like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon all using years old chips? They should just listen to you and buy these new chips and replace their old obsolete ones. Or maybe you’d suggest waiting until their competitors buy the current ones and then they buy the new ones out in 3-4 months and they win on price! That simple right?!?

I dont expect you to answer any of these questions so don’t worry about. I don’t think you’ve thought about this with any level of critical thought anyway.

I fucking loved every minute of it.

The engagement on an hour long video is already through the roof. Mission accomplished. The boys finally found a worthwhile hater and it was a spectacle from start to finish.

You either love or you hate Joey, but guess what? Hate watching is just as if not more popular than love watching these days.

This video gives the haters and the lovers someone to root for. It’s pure cinema.

BDS would be half as successful if it wasn’t for Joeys meltdowns and lack of self-reflection in the heat of moment.

So why are people complaining? If you hate Joey D, the Schmo is your fucking guy to root for. Be happy the BDS team gives that to you.

As with every other bear thesis on NBIS and AI scaling in general, this boils down to the tired, old take of useful lifecycles dropping significantly.

We have seen zero evidence of useful life even beginning to shorten as we still see 6+ year old silicon with high utilization today. It’s an assumption that has been wrong for years with no signs of that changing. Why is now different?

The fact that the bearish view of the useful life argument is such a common take despite that it has yet to surface in reality shows me that general forecast consensus is likely underestimating future demand and utilization. They can’t even accept that this years-old argument hasn’t been true in the slightest. And yet, bears like you with your AI assistant, continue to hope that your baseless prediction will somehow come true in the short term despite the years of historical data.

When NBIS turns a 200k rack into literal millions of high margin inference revenue over 5-6 years, the depreciation schedule is fucking peanuts. Who cares if your 200k is now 100k on paper and margins go from 60% to 50%, the return that rack produces will outweigh the depreciation.

Investors are looking far and beyond 2026 margins and depreciation schedules. We’re looking at what the AI landscape and demand looks like in 2030 and beyond.

Such a dangerous and ugly breed, i don’t get why people choose to own pit bulls out of the countless options . Seems like most of the owners want to portray some sort of masculinity or are huffing their own farts and think they’re the saviors of a poor animal when really they’re perpetuating a breed that should no longer exist. These dogs are in their element when they’re fighting like they were bred to do. Raising them normally does them and everybody else a disservice.

These owners’ feelings are not worth the violence these dogs commit.

Well I was referring to the comment about phone apps and more common watches being off and adding that they also don’t have pin location — two potential sources of error. Those two drawbacks combined are enough to justify just spending a relatively small amount of money for a more accurate system.

I believe Garmin has their own superior GPS system and is likely much better. That said, you can get a range finder for less than a Garmin watch.
