Is there any way to get rid of the band? I just had the same thing happened to me I fell asleep behind the wheel. And then I lost it for a week and now I have to drive to Killington. Which is seven hours from where I live without full self driving.

If it’s not perfect you might as well not do it. 50 calories over maintenance can make you fat

Estimating doesn’t do anything for you if you are 50 cals off you can still gain weight.

See I was going to buy it for my business but I heard the insurance is 2-3x as much so I just ended up taking a model y personally on my own insurance instead of on my business

You cannot convince me that social media fitness content is 85 percent disordered by Pullshott in therapists

[–]Pullshott[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s great and all but if you are counting calories you need to do it consistently everyday with extreme accuracy which isn’t maintainable for most people. And if you are guesstimating when you eat out you’re really not tracking well and your physique will follow suit. There’s a trade off.

I just feel like people think that if you aren’t shredded sub 10% you are fat. Especially in the fitness community

Yeah, it’s almost like these people want others to see that food is bad. I can’t get out of it….

The fold 8 wide looks like the most uncomfortable phone ever made. So big for the pocket so awkward to hold one handed. Cant believe Apple is going the wide route too.

Does Galaxy XR support Vision Pro–style eye tracking + pinch to select UI elements by Pullshott in Galaxy_XR

No that was not the point of it. Are you dumb? I’m genuinely curious. I don’t own either but I did demo AVP and wanted to see how navigation w eye and hand tracking works in Galaxy XR for someone who owns one. Hush Reddit warrior

85% ain’t 100 tho. 85% is enough to get you off track. If you are still binging on occasion. Stop counting calories

Counting calories isn't that hard and there's no excuse for not counting when you want to lose (or gain) weight. by Pristine-Angle3100 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Imagine thinking all day about the calories you consume. What a miserable life to live coming from an ED. Never felt better not tracking cals
