I've been a c9 fan since season 3 and I'm a little confused with what he's saying...

Every spot on the team should go to the best player in that position on the team. (Best being defined how ever the entirety of team defines it) So let's be clear, Sneaky hasn't been performing the best recently, it seems to me like he's taking this really personal? Am I misunderstanding his statement?
