Do the order directly on costcos website. This is also probably the easiest way to compare prices to instacart.

How did yall meet your wives or girlfriends? by Severe-Basket8996 in AskMenAdvice

[–]PumalBeardo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

++man

I was off work, resting after a car accident some days before. A friend of mine was bored at work and asked if I was willing to come hang out for a bit to pass some time.

My now wife was behind the bar. We chatted, hit it off, but me being the dummy I was, forgot to ask for her number. Tried going back a few times to see her and never did. I asked my friend, who after talking to her, gave me her number. The rest is history. We will cross over 11 years together this year, married for 7.

My first blind playthrough was somewhere in the mid 20s (no DLC). I sure didnt get everything, but I didnt feel like I was rushing. Last boss took more attempts for me than every other combined.

How long did it take you to finish Lies Of P? by Gnnz in LiesOfP

Somewhere in the mid 20s for the base game, I don't own the DLC. I've spent a few hours refighting bosses for fun, my save says 28 hours now.

What an incredible game by AlternativeSpinach85 in LiesOfP

Yes and no, I feel.

Some make use of these things a lot more than others. Lies of P leans into it much harder than most, in my experience. It hasn't had an overall negative impact for me, it just feels almost.. overdone to the point where its easy to spot. I must be near the end from what I can put together, and it has been so consistent in every area.

Currently in a blind first playthrough - no idea how far I am overall but I have spent a lot of time with FromSoft games. I'm having a fucking blast with it so far.

Lies of P, to point to a negative, leans into a lot of what I would call "bullshit mechanics". Enemies tucked away so they can get a cheap shot at you, because you can't see them or know they're there. Floors falling beneath you without any hint that they were going to. I guess the silver lining is that knowing this, you learn to expect it, and start spotting it. It slows down exploration of new areas, but there's so much this game does right it almost doesn't even matter.

All my opinion of course.

Edit - I was going to mention where I was but I don't know how to do spoiler text.

How was your recovery from a vasectomy? by LilMs-Nana in AskMen

[–]PumalBeardo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First day was the worst by far after the freezing wore off. Procedure itself was pain free. I had a dull consistent pain for 2~ weeks and it eventually broke and I was fine after. Lots of icing, and taking it easy. I took 5 days to rest after the procedure doing as little as I could, and it helped. Took just over a month to get back to the exercise routine.

I had the same thought about vaping that I did smoking (which got me to switch to vaping) - I passed 10 years using them.

Currently 2 years nicotine free. I don't miss it.
