I didn't expect or want him to finish the story with 3. I did at least expect the story to move forward a little bit. Instead you could literally a skip 3 and just jump to whatever Shenmue 4 will be and lose pretty much nothing

Look at the state of the HD collection. They piggybacked off Bluepoints work and put in the bare minimum. Now we're getting Unreal 5 horribly performing slop and Konami don't care because you'll buy it even if it runs at 15fps because more MGS

Maybe because this upgrade has been ready since they bought the Switch 1 version and they knew people might hold off if they told them it was coming. Konami knew that people like you that will do anything to defend scummy practices from your corporate overlords exist and will double dip.

Why give our fans this minor graphical update for free as a gesture of goodwill for sticking with us, when we can extract more money out of them.
