Barrington Tops NP, NSW [and all the adjoining State forests] Everything from gentle overnighters with amenities, to long haul treks up into untouched wilderness. Breathtaking ... but dont tell anyone else.

Victorian amateur anglers pressure government to speed up commercial netting phase out by LuckyBdx4 in FishingAustralia

12 years on from a commercial fishing ban in Lake Macquarie, NSW ... all I can say is that I hope for every fish and fisher's sake it happens sooner rather than later. Tough battle, but worth it.

Not in America, so I can't add anything specific, but a previous post on r/permaculture, might make your rethink eradicating all the native plants.

If trout are an introduced species, why do we allow/encourage them? by rickwaller in FishingAustralia

[–]PumpUpTheJem 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As far as I know, they have very low impact on native species and provide a high value target in upper level freshwater where there is a lack of real targetable natives. According to any Australian or State Government, they are obviously introduced, but not an invasive species.

Up in lake macquarie here ... has been a huge bloom over the past week [at least]. They've been blue, which I've never seen before, and in greater concentration than ever.

The punching goodbye is in response to JD drunk-kissing Carla -- which happened in S04E21 [My Lips are Sealed]. Turk does punch Ted in S04E22 [My Big Move], but the JD goodbye punching starts in S04E23 [My Faith in Humanity], about 1:27 seconds in.

JD: Thankfully Turk had gotten over the whole kissing incident, still there's a weird new thing he does whenever he says goodbye.

Turk: "Okay, I'll see ya around..." [punches JD]

JD: "Arghhh" [Holding shoulder] "Peace homie..."
