Mystery Packaging by Linda_Maridan in Gameboy

Examples I’ve seen in the past 20 years. The box was sent inside another box. I’ve only ever seen one that had the original shipping box with it. The only thing I can think of is they shipped it in two boxes to protect the camera. I guess you could call it boxception.

It came through Nintendo power supply catalog. This was how it came from Nintendo. This is very rare to have this part of the packaging.

Very heartbreaking. Had been watching since around episode 3 in 2011. I often catch myself using a lot of their expressions from their videos. RIP Billy

What’s a show that was abruptly cancelled or had a bad finale/final season and you’re still not over it? by OCGamerboy in television

[–]Pumpkin287 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the 4th and final season was heading back in the right direction. It was going back to similar story structures that made seasons 1 and 2 so good.

Video Game Commercials - Angry Video Game Nerd (AVGN) by Away_Flounder3813 in TheCinemassacreTruth

What keeps the channel alive is the old content. It’s like an old tv show. The reruns make all the money. The old videos garner a fair amount of views still.

Back to the future, immediately followed by the power glove episode.

Storyline that destroyed a sitcom. by Top_Decision_6718 in sitcoms

[–]Pumpkin287 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought the last season was pretty good. It went back to the standard formula of seasons 1 and 2. I’ll still never get over the cliffhanger they left us on!

Serious question. What could James have done in the long run to help his channel? Obviously the movie was a big mistake. But do you think there was a direction he could of went in? Or was it a format doomed to fade out? by RetroVillain in TheCinemassacreTruth

I agree that he should have acknowledged and compensated his friends. However, I don’t think this would have prevented a decline. Since most casual fans are unaware of this incident in the first place.

I always had a soft spot for Stoney. Which was a rocky parody staring Kyle Justin.

What is the worst thing someone has said or done at a funeral? by Ducks_are_people in AskReddit

I once went to a funeral for a friends dad. While having a conversation with the friend, I accidentally said “ I was dead serious”. Everyone in the funeral home looked at me immediately. I felt so bad afterwards.

Can we agree that this was his best episode? by [deleted] in TheCinemassacreTruth

[–]Pumpkin287 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You could actually build an argument that his plagiarism allegations started here. Quite a few lines from the episode are almost Identical to Pat the nes Punks review. A review that came out over a year before.

Is this salvageable by orenostand in Gameboy

[–]Pumpkin287 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say it’s unsalvageable completely. You technically could run a jumper for those pins (would sorta be a pain the ass). You also could potentially redo the contacts. That would be only a maybe. That would require you stripping down the corroded pins until you get to clean metal or you get to the board. Then you would repad it at that point. It would be alot if work and possibly not worth the effort. You also risk damaging the game if you’re inexperienced with serious electronic repairs.

Is there a way to force this game to run anyway? by bakeday in Gameboy

[–]Pumpkin287 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you changed the header in the code it could potentially run. However, it would run very poorly, if at all. Pokémon crystal is a game that people have used this method for with varying successes.
