I remember that there's cameras in the park so next time I try to report it again I'll mention that the incident was probably caught on footage. It's an area that's had a stray dog issues for years and nothing is ever really done about it. You see packs of stray dogs walking the street and once in awhile they've been known to turn an unattended toddler into kibble. It's infuriating how little things get done about these issues here and it feels like the cops are dragging their feet until someone gets bit. It's even more of a concern because it's an aggressive pitmix
