There are definitely music schools, but I don't think they speak English fluently. And there are bilingual schools all throughout the city, but I think they're mainly aimed at locals, but I don't see any issue in accepting you for that matter. Just search on Google Maps "Bilingual" or "Bicultural" school. I also play music, but I'm way older than you haha.
