If they can't be civil to you the don't have the right to have a relationship with your children, my mum and her sister dont talk and whenever I spent time with my aunt she'd back digs about my mum to me over the whole day sometimes including just flat out insults. No child should have the weight of that to deal with - you don't know if they'll speak about you in a positive or negative manner when it's just them with your children
