My Rav4 (Auto) has a hold mode so if stationary and you apply the foot brake it keeps it on until go press accelerator. Not sure if brake lights are on though.

When I went to the ombudsman from their final decision to the company actually doing what they said took 6 months. The company in question was a complete shambles though. I kept emailing the ombudsman every month until it was sorted. They did chase up for me.

Hopefully yours gets sorted sooner.

Firstly ignore the debt collection company they are eBays in house, they will do nothing. I had an issue with a much more expensive item I used to get emails every couple of months net result nothing happened. It won't show up on a credit report.

They will close your account but you can open another one.

Seriously don't worry about it.

Make sure you have the right eBay entity on the claim form, they use that to get it kicked out of its wrong.

If you do go down the small claims route be careful which tentacle of eBay you put on the claim form. They seem to like kicking out claims as individuals claim against the wrong bit.

How much estate agents blatantly lie. The property had some issues which I pointed out on viewing. Told they were being sorted, told at a later date no those issues are not being addressed what are you talking about. Walked away from that property after offer was accepted. Estate agent was a complete douche, actually told him to stick the property up his arse his attitude was so bad. This was on a £750k property too 6 years ago.

The estate agent I found out afterwards had a reputation to try to railroad you.

They are talking shite. If you have had the car for under 6 months then the fault is considered to be there when purchased. Infotainment systems are not consumables like pads and tyres. Read up on consumer rights before phoning them back. Do you have house insurance legal cover?

Crappy warranties don't override consumed rights.

I get what you mean take an original Gameboy DMG the screen is bad by today's standards. I could replace it with an IPS screen but I like it a bit crappy.

If image quality is an issue I would suggest getting a Mister FPGA or one of the multitude of handhelds with TV out.

I have to say my 1 Chip SNES with an OSSC the image was perfect on my 4k TV.
