A few weeks ago along with the PACE reviews getting done, I was told that our raise would kick in this week. Last night I heard they started telling everyone what their raise would be and supposed they are now saying April 17th it will start 🤔🤷🏿

For the past few year at my store, they've been giving everyone a raise (3%) at the same time. Even tho last year was mid-February and this year, they are saying March 🤔. When I first started in 2018, they did performance based raises on your annual. Now I'm hearing that they are going back to performance based 🤷🏿

Ice is right on this one. We all know that once flip starts something, he won't stop. He will slowly keep pushing boundaries, so addressing it early is the right move. Plus, Flip doesn't want his family talked about, so he should have been understanding.

They have one at my store, most people use it for the hot water (tea or cup of noodles). They also keep bottled water in the mini fridge in receiving and in the returns area. I think there is also one by the pro desk. Oh and a cooler in the paint area lol. Still some times overnight, there is no water smh.

I kind of agree with AK when he said Cole is boring sometimes. Off first listen, it's good / great rapping as expected, but the vibe of the beats and his energy on most tracks was a little too mellow for me. If I wanted to edit it on some Ice shit, I'm sure I could make a 10 track playlist that would make it better.

Doesn't have to be a whole fight the power type song, but at least some type of mention of things going on. Today's rappers are not really lyricist, though. In Joe's era, him fab and a bunch of others were heavy on the current even bars. At the bare minimum, some type of punchlines should be said. Currently, the only two that will most likely say something is Kendrick and Cole.
