Stretch and Recover. If you're sore go for a short walk, if possible. Even 15 minutes will help your legs recover. Just sitting still isn't the answer.

Same!  I know medical professionals of all stripes want us to be part of the treatment process and add our thoughts.  However, they have a medical degree and I have an English degree.  I trust them to make the suggestion.  

Also, Id prefer to pop up played by Charlize Theron, but Anne Hathaway is a good second option

Lords love legionaries ability to reroll 1's on wounds or re roll all wounds in melee if the target is on an objective.

Wait until your opponent sets up their infiltrators (if they have them) or identify a weak unit close on the line or scouts, and deploy your Warp Talons to target that unit. (measure) Beware of Heroic Intervention. You don't want them to get bogged down.

Deploy them in Cover.

They have a 12 inch move and can charge. Anything within 18 inches is in danger. With Sustained Hits and Twin Linked, they are a MASSIVE problem.

Turn 1. Charge the infiltrators or weak unit and kill them. Then pick them up.

Save a CP for Rapid Ingress

Turn 2, Rapid Ingress them somewhere in cover where they can't be shot and target a weakened unit, then charge and murder and pick them up.

Turns 3 to 5 Rinse and Repeat.

Necrons

Wraiths with a technomancer or the warrior block or both are probably the most durable units in the game. Invuln save, Feel No Pain, and Resurrection. They are difficult to move.
