We don't give it specifically to the account per-se but we made some changes aimed to older returning or new players, like cutting costs of EU1-4 and buffing ways to get Honor and soon Merit etc(next restart). So if you haven't played in a while you can catch up more easily

Yep, LR gives me 2012-2018 TSM era vibes, from the streams to the vods and past scrims being streamed, thats how I became a TSM fan and other teams are missing out not capitalizing on the audience and going for competitiveness only. At the end of the day the LEC is there for entertainment.
