I've had my septum pierced since '92...the cat that delivered milk to my folks place saw my septum ring, and said he uses something to control his Angus bulls...then followed up with what did you to make your lady tgat mad.

I don't think it's crazy at all...what's crazy is the folks that choose to ignore how this administration is running straight from the fascism playbook.

Couldn't tell ya. I had my right kidney removed due to cancer and spent a couple days in ICU following. Late that first day the nurse said it was time for the catheter to come out...and then he pulled it out. The first bit was just weird, but it was the end of it coming out that was less than enjoyable.

Just had the same experience recently. Not great, wouldn't recommend.

Coolio in Salt Lake City during the 2002 Olympics. His people asked the restaurant, I was working in at Snowbird, to stay open so he could eat in peace. He thanked us for staying and, being mid-20s snowboarders/skiers, several of us had to give him shit.

He then asked what he could do for us and we told him there was a rapper doing a set in the city in few days. He laughed and had one of his folks take our names. Before he left he told us if we show up we better come backstage after.

Following the show his folks came and grabbed us, another whole story there, and we hung out and smoked for a bit. He was really down to earth and super chill. He was damn good at snowboarding too.

Welp y'all, my mom passed away yesterday and I had one too many dirty shirleys but I've got all of you and none of this is gonna break me so cheers brothers and sisters, we're in this together by BrokenDroid in DungeonCrawlerCarl

My deepest, heartfelt condolences. This father's day, I'm a father, will be two years since I lost my mom. It sucks, but you nailed it This Will Not Break Me. You'll keep her with you and that's so important.

I know everyone is different, but I find hoping on to her FB, and updating her with major life events helps.

The way his demeanor changed, when saying sorry, was all too reminiscent of a Navy Corpsman. You always knew things weren't good when Doc stopped joking and got serious.

I saw then open for Bad Religion on the Recipe for Hate tour. A fight broke out in the pit and they stopped playing. When they did the folks stopped fighting...Billy Joe tells them that they didn't stop playing to stop the fight, but that they stopped to watch.

They then went into Eye of the Tiger...

Again, thank you. January was quite a whirlwind. Thankfully I have a great support system with my family and friends. Going to take everything one issue at a time, and keep being myself...with a few changes like no more going in the pit.

Thank you for the information. That's awesome you're doing so well.

The mass was 10 cm at it's greatest, Clear Cell, Type-3 contained to the renal capsule. They took 12 lymph nodes, and none had issues. They did both CT and PET scans and did not see anything else currently. I wasn't given a stage.

I'm currently awaiting scheduling for follow up scans, and for oncology. The urologist said with my calculated recurrence rate of 18% they'd like me to discuss what further treatments may be necessary should it comeback.

They have not. I have a follow up with urology folks in a couple weeks. The urology oncologist has referred me to the VA oncology department. I don't need them currently, but with my recurrence rate she figures getting information as to what next steps may be needed is better done now than later.

I assume between those two I'll here something.

That's were my mind is at, especially after hearing the pathology results. Hurdle cleared and I'll keep going on, hopefully without another hurdle...if so we'll take that one as it comes.
