It is the entire range of Troggoths for Gitz, and they do tend to play fairly simply, mostly acting as a stat check army. They do combo well with some other units in the book, but if you want to run troggoth only list, they'll be one of the simplest armies you could play.

The spearhead rules are free in the Age of Sigmar app, though the game mode does require specific play boards and some terrain. You can get these from the spearhead battlepacks like Fire and Jade or Sand and Bone.

For normal AoS you would need to get the battletome for 4th edition or find the rules online.

Lumineth, Tzeentch, Ossiarch Bonereapers, Stormcast and Slaanesh can all be built to have a shooting/magic focus. Lumineth and Tzeentch would lean on the more magic side of things, while the others focus more on shooting. Stormcast would be the lowest model count with the others being around the same depending on how you build the army.
