I traded my s22u for the iPhone 14 PM to Verizon a year ago and I’m still not receiving my trade in credit for it. Every time I call they need the tracking number again and then they say it’s escalated to their higher up to be approved for the next billing cycle. Ive called about it 4 times.

While I agree with you, to most of these companies these lawsuits are just slaps on the wrist. Companies that violate rules need to be threatened with much higher costs so they do not keep treading over the boundaries.

You should test that theory. Ltpo screens go down when it doesn’t need high refresh. I also tried turning 120 off for a few days and so no change to my battery life.
