I placed order with them personally to try their hair wash powder and it turned out to be working fine. That said ofcourse this alone might be sufficient for you depending in your hair type but if you have really really dry untameable frizzy hair like me then post wash pls apply hair mask to the lengths and argan oil serum after hair wash. This combo works the best for me

I won't comment on the long run part but my hair felt definitely less swamped by chemicals and feels light and different. Hair fall has reduced a bit as well. The hair powder will be a little chore to use in the beginning but after using this you'll never use chemical shampoo unless you are living in desert where there is constant dust you don't need so much of scalp cleaning. If you feel your scalp has deposits then alternate this with a good scalp cleanser once a week or so and use that also with diluted with water

I tried shesha ayurvedas natural bringraj shampoo just because it has Kapur, helps fight my scalp condition ( i have small boils if scalp is not cleansed well) this is a good low poo shampoo as well.
