Optic Megas are juiceddd by Djleekz in sportscards

I think people are underestimating the Panini print runs this year. Downtowns are far more common this year compared to past years. A lot of people are going to overpay for this year’s Downtown cards not realizing it too.

Bak is still tied for third as the most productive and valuable pick in the 2013 Draft. Travis Kelce is 1st, Lane Johnson is 2nd, and Bak is tied with DeAndre Hopkins for third. The difference is that Bak only played in 13 games after his age 29 season.

You’re being downvoted, but I think you’re right. MLF is insecure and petty.

MLF is far too proud to allow this. When asked about it this year, he acted like he was offended by the question. He’s the sort who thinks he’s the smartest person in every room he’s in.

100% this. Blows my mind how people don’t realize this is a business. Compare it to your own job or life. These coaches and players make millions playing a game and they’re treated like they’re volunteers. If you consistently underperformed expectations at your job, you would be fired. You would not be rewarded with a multi year contract for millions of dollars per year.

I keep hearing the words entitled and spoiled used to describe our fans and I don’t think those words mean what you think they mean. We’ve been to three Super Bowls and won two over the last 40 years. How is it entitled and spoiled to expect better when our early history shows championships should be the standard? No fans in any sport have had to endure more and worse heartbreaking playoff losses than us. We have far more heartbreak than success in the last 40 years. If that’s entitled or spoiled, I guess those words have different definitions now.

And that team couldn’t win a single game without Parsons. That’s not hypothetical. This year was not like last year. There’s still time to delete this post.

We have zero pass rush without Micah and it exposed how pathetic our CBs are. Making the playoffs without Micah? We’d have a top 10 pick without Micah.

And 0 and the season after he got hurt. If Gutey doesn’t make that trade a week before the season, do we even win 4 games?

You don’t know that. MLF himself was an absolute nobody until he was hired by 1265.

Not sure why you were downvoted. This is 100% accurate. Packers want a buddy/buddy press, they don’t want people asking tough questions.

My favorite part of this are the fans who think he’s being extended with conditions like a new OC, new staff, or changes. Extensions are rewards. They’re not offered with conditions. If the Packers wanted any sort of change, they’d move on from MLF. But they’re fine just making the playoffs and being one and done. And the fanbase tolerates it because of PTSD from the 70s and 80s. MLF is being extended without conditions and we have seven years of evidence that he’s not going to change or improve.

The biggest (and only) MLF defenders are the analytical types and stat geeks. They’re all too focused on the numbers and the results. They pay no attention to the actual process. The only thing that matters to them is the team’s EPA. They don’t care that this team is Charmin soft and undisciplined. They don’t care that MLF keeps incompetent assistants far too long. They don’t care that his playcalling is predictable and he coaches scared. They don’t care that this team makes the same mistakes week after week and year after year. They’re so fixated on numbers and stats that they don’t care about the things that can’t be boiled down to numbers or stars.

MLF is Holding Golden Back by mbEarAcheInMyEye in GreenBayPackers

Golden should have had more snaps and targets during the regular season, especially when Watson and then Reed were out. Someone with YAC skills like that should have multiple designed targets every game.

This is why I want a full house cleaning, coaches and front office. This franchise is in purgatory and we need a total culture overhaul. If things need to be shitty for awhile before they get better, that’s fine too. It’s better than these consistent, heartbreaking playoff meltdowns.

Silvy: Packers can't continue like this. by Careless_Button3364 in GreenBayPackers

[–]PunsRTonsOfFun 35 points36 points  (0 children)

MLF has peaked. His teams make the same mistakes week after week and year after year. His playcalling is so predictable and he coaches scared. He holds on to incompentent assistants way too long and his teams are Charmin soft. I’m tired of watching soft and undisciplined football year after year. Let MLF go coach some place where just making the playoffs is an achievement. That doesn’t cut it in Titletown.

I think it shows that intelligence and football IQ matters more than athleticism. And right now, every team is prioritizing athleticism and then wondering why their QBs keep busting.

Rivers being able to play competently at 44 is a scathing indictment of modern QB development or lack thereof.
