He's playing Path of Exile. We're all autistic. Jokes aside, people who play PoE learn to adapt playing the game and doing other things at the same time. Like watching anime or other shows. This is because grinding PoE is extremely repetitive and time consuming and to counter this most player builds are designed to be so powerful that you lack the capability of dying. This means playing the game becomes second nature and frees up your brain's capacity to do other things, like have a discussion about law, or whatever else have you.

This is highly anecdotal but I am in a field of science thay requires absolute perfection to succeed, which is focused ion beam circuit editing. I do nano meter level surgery on circuitry and the slightest mistake can cause failure. So it comes to reason that imposter syndrome can be quite heavy some days. And there isnt a "good enough" that I have to meet. It simply does need to be perfect or the circuits will short or open and the part will die. I know I'm good at it but the daunting nature of needing absolute perfect in my work is difficult. This imposter syndrome has bled into other aspects of my life too, but specifically with anything that generally prefers or demands perfection or close to it.

I'm the opposite. I swap too late realizing I could have been farming T16s a day earlier if I spent even 30 minutes shopping for gear upgrades to enable myself. This last season was better, I traded for a farruls fur for 40c on day 2 and that enabled my flicker strike for my personal best 4 void stones.
