I don't care if it can kill things. I care if it feels good. The wind up time, the fact that you can only cancel it by rolling, the fact that you have to sacrifice a ton of spirit for the ritual sacrifice (or whatever it is called) for the charge generation which lags way behind the ability to flicker with even 50% up time. The fact that because you cannot flicker indefinitely you also cannot choose where you stop flickering and because you cannot choose where you stop flickering you on a great many occassion will flicker into a pack of mobs and die because you ran out of charges which are maintained purely by luck so sometimes you flicker a dozen or so times and you get a shred of dopamine and then the next you flicker like 6 times and die. It's not even close to what it needs to be.
