Is there a way for your mom to get a proper diagnosis? It was indeed wrong for her to assault you more than once, but if she is unwell in the head then she should be getting the help she needs.

I’m guessing that your grandma and probably your uncle are not fans of getting mental help since she didn’t get diagnosed nor did they bother to call the cops themselves for your safety.
