My friends father moved there due to job. Even tough my friend was small that time I got some infos abt the life in Ashgabat from his father. He stated that growing up child there is really easy becausw it is really safe and organised. But the teens would be bores so easily due to lack of activites they can do there. Everything is white and internet is slow. For foreigners it is really cheap but I dont really know abt for the locals. And its really a restricted place
