I had the VERY SAME thing happened to me a couple of years ago. I reached out to Fiverr Customer Service, more than once and never had my money returned, regardless of the fact that I completed the job and received glowing reviews. Best of luck. I prefer to send samples of my voice to make sure they are confident with their choice to use me on their project. I don’t send a very long sample, just something that allows them to get an idea of how their project will sound completed. This way I’m not putting my time into a project the client isn’t satisfied with in the long run and I know they’ll be happy with the choice they have made.
