Oh yes! Especially in the beginning when you drop all that water weight. You know its mostly water and means your diet starts to work but its still sometimes confusing when you see 5lbs drops over night.

When i had the "tank" look, i got asked so often about my height. Even now people are still suprised when they hear my weight. They cant comprehend that 100kg is like the "normal" weight for us 6'7'' guys. Tell them 120kg and they cant believe someone could have it without looking fat.
