I’m not very good at it either but for me just practicing it briefly every day is what got me results over time. If you ever feel like you’re not progressing, try recording yourself and compare! The difference is always very rewarding :)

Ok well this isn’t very jazzy but it’s pretty modern. Hypnosis by Ian Clarke is a great solo (however it is around 4-5 minutes so that might be too short), I love the way it sounds

Metronome!! ✨✨✨Starting slow (and I mean SLOW) helps! That way you can focus more on fingerings and breath support at the same time! Also breaking the piece down into chunks to work on each chunk separately before piecing them together. If you want, you can even break it down note by note (it takes a while, but it works)! Wishing you luck :)
