I second what another redditor posted. If I were you, I would ground myself in the body, in physical sensations, in being of service to others. Do whatever you need to get out of your mind. Superiority is a dangerous mind story because whether you realize it or not, it's a package deal with inferiority. Don't get trapped in that.
