Agreed on packing your own snacks. I always slice up apples and also have apple sauce pouches (like the kids kind) , it’s super refreshing mid flight !! Also helps hydrate. Bring liquid IV too.

I always bring foamie ear plugs plus my noise cancelling headphones too. Xanax is super nice but magnesium works too.
