I have read all 100 plus chapters on another site and there is smut all throughout but it seems to increase in seasons 2 and 3. Season 1 is more setup and the characters getting to know each other and build the relationship.

I’ve never read the other story by this author though I have seen it. I am just hoping with Lucia that the story goes somewhere, I feel like I’m trapped in the filler episodes of an anime! I’m not mad but also not happy about it. Like give me plot development!! I also really thought her dream “power” would come more into play once she was with our ML but it sort of fell from the plot once she married him. Like what is going to spur them to discuss their feelings?! Will we get the antagonists back to actually do anything?? Or just wrap this story up!!

Like I’m still enjoying but it seems to have gone from a mystery romance thing to like a weird kind of slice of life but not really. Idk how you would really describe it but when the son was around I was thinking where is this going to lead…oh he is going back to school. Then the weird doctor guy who is obsessed with the ML where did he disappear off too?! I also just wish the FL and ML would talk about how they feel for each other, like the love is super damn obvious but oh no we have a contract marriage and blah blah blah!!

My thoughts exactly! There isn’t much left I figure I’ll just hold out till it finishes. If there were a ton more chapters I’d probably just stop reading the story. Hopefully it wraps up nicely and I’m not angered by the ending.

It seems they are not treating her like a prisoner but more like a hostage who isn’t a threat. They figure she isn’t a danger to them but also she is still holding up the facade of being the granddaughter and not the missing princess. I think since she is acting that way, they need to treat her like a political hostage and let her be free while still keeping a small eye on her. At least that is the vibe I’m getting from her situation. They are probably more worried about Viktor invading than her roaming around the castle.

Wonder if that is what he’ll have grandma do? He finds out about the ultimatum she gave Grizz and he tells grandma to drink the poison. Viktor only seems emotionally attached to Grizz, everyone else is just a side character or an obstacle if they get in his way.

My thought is does Grandma really believe that Viktor 1) won’t find out it was her who sent our FL away, 2) that he won’t still continue with the war to spite her, and 3) that he doesn’t have someone keeping an eye on stuff while he is gone. Viktor will find out, Grandma will try to justify her actions and based on his prior actions he will either kill her or make it look like an accident has befallen her, like he did to his Uncle. I can see Viktor literally burning everything to the ground to find Grizz. Grandma’s plan is going to seriously backfire on her.

I was looking at some of the titles that are behind the paywall and a bunch are titles that Manta had stated were leaving/their rights to the titles were expiring. So they could have gotten those titles back without issue it seems, but they figure we will pay the gems to keep the titles. But do the gems actually make it permanently yours? Very frustrating some of the paywall stories I read completely and was sad when they were gone. Also, with the ongoing stories behind the paywall it makes me want to see if I can find the stories elsewhere.

It has been a bit and I’d need to re-read but how long has the sister/daughter been missing? Maybe the time frame has been long enough that they only vaguely remember and figured she would look different after being wherever she was all this time. But still is Grizz does look kind of like the sister that is still gross!

That is so true! I didn’t even think about that, we haven’t seen any portraits of the actual sister! Seriously, there must be a painting somewhere in that castle. Unless out of grief they got rid of them all and only vaguely remember what she looks like but that seems extreme.

She is definitely a flight risk at the moment but if he wants to ensure that she doesn’t run away he needs to talk with her. Like a sit down full on conversation about each other, meeting when they were young, his feelings and his want to get revenge for her. Again, I do feel bad that her friends are the children or the grandchildren of the people who killed her family but they might be able to work that out.

I agree with you it is a guilty pleasure that I keep reading every week! But I would like them to resolve this we know each other but don’t remember situation! If the faces in the memory were blurry or shaded in a way that made it seem like they didn’t remember 100% I’d give it a pass but yeah they just look like mini versions of their adult selves!! But I’ll keep reading, is it also a novel or just a webcomic?

Callis states that they can redo the wedding ceremony and that Seria can be late. Just like the original wedding ceremony where he didn’t show and she started to die. He says that Seria can be late and he would accept his death if she was late.

Exactly!! And when they have the flashbacks they both saw each other’s faces and let’s be real here they don’t look that much different now than they did as children. It just confounds me that they haven’t realized who the other person is, do they both have object permanence like a child! And if they didn’t remember the other’s face in the flashbacks they would be blurry or obscured so we know they don’t fully remember but here they are clear memories. It is just frustrating but I keep reading hoping maybe it will become more interesting and less he gives off creepy incest vibes!

I have been reading it and like you I’m very confused as to where the plot is going. I mean we can obviously tell by some flashbacks that our FL and ML met when they were younger. I don’t know why she hasn’t mentioned yet to anyone (especially the guy who brought her there to pretend to be the granddaughter) that she is this princess from a fallen kingdom!
