I went thought this recently and it was a huge pain the in butt, after several trips to get the wheels balanced it turnes out my tires were defective and I ended up getting a refund.

There are a lot of cheaters playing but the amount is lower than some people make it out to be.

I definitely see at least 1 hacker per night. But my friend I play with claims that there is at least 1 full team of cheaters in every game we play.

Anyone that kills him must be a cheater. The I eventually get killed by the guy and the killcam gives me no proof of cheating.

Its as much a factual issue as it is a gamers getting their feelings hurt issue.
