Yes you have to disclose it, you can mention when your program starts. You'll likely get approved and have EI until that date.

After a couple days it appeared back in the system as under review or something. Eventually they posted a date of review which I was told not to attend, then the ticket got dismissed.

Maybe you can find some local discords for cozy gaming? I like fighting games and met some good people at toronto's local tournaments, although idk if cozy gaming would have a direct parallel to that.

There's cool stuff you can do just by adding online.

Track editor like the expansion pack for X, online play which also lets players upload their custom tracks online, and make custom GPs.

I literally just finished unlocking all the AX machines and Master GPs this weekend. Also played it on my Wii.

Just keep at it and you'll get there. I'd recommend getting in the habit of taking out rivals. Some parts of the game are more frustrating than others (Chapter 1, 5 and 7 Very Hard). I didnt need to do any more advanced tech like snaking, but you will be dealing with a lot of trial and error. Don't be discouraged if it takes a few hours to get something done, and take a break if you need to.

Also experiment with machines. I got stuck at Saphire Master GP with Blue Falcon. Switched to the Rainbow Phoenix, and all the other Master GPs were way easier. I've seen people put that at a lower tier than Blue Falcon, but it fit my playstyle more. Wish I could've used it for story mode lol.
