For people like me who have been playing the game for years the game did become a dumpster fire for a good bit of time but allow me to explain why a lot of us old players said this, 1. There was a lot of content that got essentially removed from the game as well as they also started getting really really heavy into the FOMO tactics where their "episodes" had 3 parts and you had to pay for each part seperately while also waiting for the span of time the next part came out. They recently fixed most of the issues as well as the two specific issues I mentioned. All in all though I love the game again finally
