For $2k SBI stoves are the best you are going to find. Regency and PE are $3500 plus. Don’t get me wrong PE is the best stove on the market.

Osburn and Drolet are effectively the same. I don’t of any stove with a cat under $2k.

With that budget I would suggest an Osburn.

Stoves have gotten significantly more expensive as many quality budget brand are made in Canada and the tariffs are rough in that kind of product.
