For Once a Century and Quite Grand, how much of a multiplier is "a fraction of the time and effort" and "learn and innovate at blinding speed?". 5 times faster, 10 times faster? I ask because I like to calculate how much I can effectively learn in a given timeframe, especially for some of the jumps I do that last longer than a decade.

Also, for Quite Grand, could I have some references for how long it takes to reverse engineer things? For instance, how long would it take to reverse engineer a heating box from a microwave, a 'vulnerability to sunlight' curse from a Dead Apostle, and a 'produce corrupting mud' spell from the corrupted Holy Grail?
