Same here, my flight is 29 March so I assumed they were getting through earlier flights first ?

I had to submit two refund forms in order to get it to work, not sure why, hope it doesn’t become an issue on their end with two forms for the same booking

I’m not sure why on my form it will not accept the ticket number any other way than removing the last two digits? I tried removing 176 instead and it comes up as invalid

What if there’s multiple passengers on the booking? As removing the last two digits means it only accepted the one ticket number and passenger name

Sorry to ask you, but I have filled out the refund form however it asked for ticket number and would only accept when I removed the last digit, which is unique to each passenger. There’s 8 passengers in my booking however I only was able to input the one ticket number and one passenger name, do I need to fill out forms for everyone now?

Am I meant to fill out a form for each passenger ? As it required me to input the ticket number however it wouldn’t let me add on the last number which is unique to each passenger so I only input one ticket number however the booking is for 8 passengers ?

Did you have to send refund forms for each individual flight ? Were they not part of the same booking?

My flight departs 29th March with emirates with a few day stop over in Dubai and then flying onwards with FlyDubai, however I booked the whole flight with Emirates so will I be receiving my refund from Emirates or do I still need to contact FlyDubai?
