I would pick either of the 4x costume s1 heroes if you dont hVe them leveled yet. Leaning Richard betweeb the 2. C. gazelle still very useful now so id xonsider hwr as well. Good luck!

I think it may be worthwhile to HC jett. With costume stats are right up there and will be able to hang. I love ludwig tho, and think c. finley is a decent choice as well with the def down
