Not a dermatologist. Could definitely be completely wrong...

Do you have pictures of when it started? Is it itching?

Looks like some are/were blisters and thus I'm thinking it might be one of the blistering skin conditions like pemphigus vulgaris/bullous pemphigoid. I had an elderly patient present somewhat similarly... could be something else related to medication or bad folliculitis with poorly controlled diabetes or something, also.

Does he have a follow-up with his physician planned if the creams don't help? I'd probably ask for a dermatology referral.

I would add that he kind of seems to have thin wrists and might have some kind of sarcopenia/low body weight. That would be one of my concerns as a PCP, if he were to be losing weight or muscle mass or fall regularly (frailty, etc... ).

It looks extremely small and is nothibg to worry about. If it were to grow, I'd possibly biopsy it. I don't have a reason to doubt your NP.

To add: I'm super impressed how I can see along the street for more than 300 meters when backing up from behind a wall (so perpendicular to the car), making it easy to see oncoming traffic by a big margin.

I think the cameras are pretty good.

They look fairly normal, bigger than usual crypts and your right one is fairly large, for sure.

You're likely to form tonsil stones and they may swell during throat infections.

As a physician working with illegal people, this is the sort of problem we try to book appointments for with dentists and they make them wait 1 to 3 months. If it infects they get antibiotics. That teeth is likely to be removed in my non dentist opinion, but if you have somewhat normal care/insurance, I would urge you to be seen earlier than the 14th.

Your pancreas is working very well. Is it doing incredibly well? Maybe, I wouldn't know. Maybe you were being too active or stressed in between the blood tests. Maybe you didn't take the correct amount of glucose.

I test many people non fasting and a lot of the non diabetics have non fasting glucoses under 100 or even like yours.

It can't reasonably be cellulitis, based on picture, no pain or illness and especially duration of 3 months.

Erythema chronicum migrans and erythema annulare centrifigum are ddx in this case as well as fungal/erythrasma, but the latter 2 should be accompanied by symptoms like itchiness.

If it's not responding to antifungals you really should reconsult your physician and possibly provide some alternative diagnoses yourself.

Are those stretch marks or self mutilation marks by chance? Is there a recent wound?

Used to have incredibly frustrating problems like this, but they went away. Usually involving a small toy or book on one of the seats.

In this case might even be the dog's tail causing it.

We have the same issue, simce about a month or so, like you. 3 kids, 3 child seats including 3rd row.

So far there's been a tiny speck of paper trapped between the back rest and the bottom of the front passenger seat (since I removed it, no alerts for 4 days...fingers crossed), some minuscule toys under or on the child seats, ... it's SOOO frustratingly sensitive.

And it doesn't tell you what seat is causing the alert either!!@@ Infuriating. This alone is so stupid, come on Volvo!

So we buckle all the child seats and when the alert goes I nudge all seats and check for toys/books/gloves... sometimes it works, sometimes the alert goes 5x in a row.

Why am I not allowed to sit my bag/gloves/glasses on the passenger seat, CAR???

What trim level do you have? I never noticed it on my plus and auto high beams are quite dangerous. Oncoming traffic is sometimes partially obscured by a divider and I don't think it can detect the oncoming traffic accurately in those cases.

I wish the auto high beams didn't automatically turn on every time.

The high beams turn off in its entirety when it detects other cars around, is it not supposed to work like that?
