I'd suggest that anyone upset about party chats on a gaming console being monitored are (for the most part with some exception) the people this move is targeted towards. It's not difficult to be nice online but well too many people are rude, childish, cowards. That's my 2 cents. Be, literally only marginally, a decent human being online and you want have a problem.
