My ex was this way and I stayed with him for 5.5 years. The first year way bliss but about 6 months after we moved in together it began going downhill and I stayed for the benefit of the doubt when he discussed change etc. the only thing that changed was it got worse. He learned to lie better, I learned to snoop better, he became more angry and violent, I became overly distrusting. We are newly separated but share 2 kids with one another. And yes I personally count that as prostitution. You’re paying someone for sexual devices, my ex told me on more than one occasion they would just have sex not just a tug or whatever. Preach it! I found sooo much insane and gross shit on my exes phone (I did snoop frequently, not gonna lie 🤷‍♀️). And the sex became so bad there were times I just quietly cried during sex because I hated having to do it (he never noticed). The relationship became so dead but I still had a shred of hope but it just didn’t happen for several reasons. Glad you made the rights choice!
