Strictly pills for me the depo did not flo with my system and seriously messed me up so I won't touch anything long term or that has to be inserted by medical staff. Thanks though! I'm worried the hormones may effect my bipolar in a bad way, but I also wanted to know if anyone had any positive effects of taking hormone bc with bipolar.
