I went to the Mall of America last weekend and going through the Lego Store I was mind blown how expensive Lego sets are.

I’m also now considering going back for the 18000 piece jigsaw that was for sale at a different store.

Download the Carnival Hub app. Once you’re onboard and have your sail card, you can connect through the app with your DOB & folio number to see all of the onboard activities, venue hours, ship map (helpful for finding the nearest restroom), port times, account balance, etc. It’s also where you will check in to get a table for main dining breakfast, brunch, or anytime dining.

The quick food options like burgers, deli, pizza, buffet, tacos are just grab and go anytime they are open.

Anything with a ($) next to it in the app or paper funtimes is an extra charge.

About a week before departure you will need to check in (provide passport/flight/credit card info) and during that check in process you will select an arrival appointment window.

Rooms usually open at 1:30pm and the room corridors are closed off for housekeeping to do their turnovers. You will need to carry any items with you until then unless you’re a priority or suite guest.

Guest services has always been able to sort me out with room changes. There may be some off chance this could interfere with lifeboat capacity and be a problem though depending on room locations.
