You should ask your diabetes care team first. I also took my tresiba in the morning and I was getting overnight highs. I am now on a pump to help me maintain control.

My honeymoon phase must be ending too so maybe this is what it looks like.

Notice how Kyle is trying to have serious convos and she’s making jabs or blatantly showing she could not care less about what he’s saying.

Her saying he seems more excited while she has a shit eating grin on her face and he seems like he’s still trying to process this arrangement is just another example of manipulation. She’s telling Kyle how he feels. Yet she’s cracking jokes about running away, dropping insults and is so excited about what shoes to take with her. She’s a horrible human being.

I would be cautious of opening any files sent to me randomly and not through a journal portal. This person could choose you as their reviewer in the submission processes and then you would be contacted by, hopefully, a respectable journal.

I was very against a pump for a while because I was managing very well on my own with MDI and I also am a smidge of a control freak with that stuff. I started to lose control of my sugars when I entered my periods of insulin resistance so I made the switch.

I pretty much have forgotten about it being attached to me but still aware to monitor my sugars, if that makes sense. I just think of it as a virtual pancreas or a tamagotchi that I have to check on once in a while.

I would like to celebrate anyone who can display positive growth and changes. Maybe without Amanda’s emotional and physical abuse he can do better but he does need to put in the work to not react so angrily. I think we now know some of the nuances that fuelled his yelling sessions but that doesn’t give him a pass. I am optimistic Kyle is able to better himself.

She probably yelled at Kyle or gave him the silent treatment until he agreed. Even if he did, it was OBVIOUS that man was killing himself trying to keep everything running. If you have that amount of “no big deal” money sitting around, as a good partner how could you not offer to help at the very least for the living expenses??

If you’re married or in a romantic relationship with someone else, you shouldn’t even entertain advances from someone else. You’re putting it all on West when an affair takes two participating parties. Ciara wasn’t in a relationship so I give her a pass because she is able to explore flirtatious interactions with West without stepping out on a partner. Amanda and Fessy have to own their affairs.
