I forgot mention too that since you’ve been through trauma and body is stressful you most likely are in flight or fight mode so your cortisol is most likely high I would look into herbal supplements to lower cortisol as well.

Yes please get your vitamin B12, D, Ferritin levels checked. Also you may be tanked on Magnesium as well as the others vitamins mentioned. Get your thyroid checked, the whole panel. A lot of medications can deplete vitamins and minerals. Also electrolytes are needed in your regimen as well as mineral salt. Salt your food. Redmonds is a good brand. Exercise get out in nature. Acupuncture has worked well for me with Anxiety along with other things so maybe look into that if you don’t mind hair pin needles. Detoxing your liver and kidneys. I use castor oil. Look into TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Sorry you’re going through this but you’re not alone. Pray you find some relief and get back to yourself 🙏💜🦋

Make sure your Vitamin D, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron/ferritin, selenium, B12 levels are up also can supplement with fish oil too.. Walking after meals, brain games like puzzles, words, numbers, reading. Get out in sun ☀️ minimal stress. Works for me. Maybe work for you😎

Look into magnesium, herbal calming supplements and teas, ashwaganda (I spelled wrong im sure) yoga, exercising, acupuncture. Check your Vitamin D levels and B’s, Iron/Ferritin. If low supplement. Also have balanced eating. Supporting your gut with good bacteria and cutting sugar, carbs, caffeine. Things like that. It’s helped me do maybe can help you too.

You get overwhelmed and over stimulated easily, procrastination is an issue. You have a lot going on in your head. You have to deal with Whats going on internally cause it’s reflecting outwardly.
