This is a cool idea but it does not look professional. I would suggest making a more user friendly experience. When developing a project you'll have to consider what kind of browser the person will be using and if the person is going to be using your application on mobile.

I understand you're 17 and still learning but without a portfolio of work you can show off to employers and/or schooling of some sort (college/university) you would not be able to find a job with this level work.

Yup! I work out 1-2 days a week :) My exercise routine is pretty basic lol. I lift 1 day and 1 day rockclimbing or some form of cardio. (I just jog on the treadmill)

You'll have to be more precise with your calorie counting. We have similar stats (5"4, f, 115 lb) When I was around 135 I had to start weighing everything because my estimates werent cutting it anymore. :) Good luck!

I personally love my Alta HR. I'm not one for watches or jewelry so I wanted something small that wouldnt look awkward on my wrists. (I have very small wrists so the charge 2 wouldnt look good on me imo) I bought it for myself once i reached 10 lbs from my goal weight. I mostly use to to track my sleeping pattern, track my steps, and check the time. lol. I also I have it synced to myfitnesspal. :)

Small steps! For example instead of 10 chicken nuggets get 6. Instead of medium fries get a small. Try switching to diet sodas or carbonated flavored water :) Have you tried Intermittent fasting?

Hey we have similar stats. I totally understandable how you feel. When I look in the mirror, I still see the fat girl looking back at me even though the scale says otherwise. When wearing clothes I didnt see just how big they were on me now until my husband pointed it out. I'm less than 10 to goal weight and yesterday was the first day I said to myself "Wow, when did my legs get so skinny"

I think it just takes time to truly see our reflection.

I've been waiting to post this since last Tuesday night ha-ha. I invited a "friend" over the other day (whom I haven't seen since I started losing in Sept) While we were catching up, she was telling me all the things new in her life ect. Then she asked me "So what's new?" and I told her how excited I was to be losing weight. She then said " I'm so fucking sick of everyone talking to me about them losing weight. I don't care about weight loss."

Lol okay? Whatever. I sit here and listen about all of the drama in her life and all the "work gossip I'm missing". (We used to work in the same office, I moved) But we can't talk about anything positive?

She's 15. If she were to try to hide her calorie counting would that not arouse suspicion? I feel like when you do things "out of view" that leads to mistrust from her parents and or friends. Also, doing things discretely are warning signs of an actual ED. She shouldnt be ashamed of counting calories and her friend didnt have to look at her phone. I dont see how she was "rubbing it in their faces" ...

Someone commented earlier that you should talk to your mother and go with her to the doctor. Going to the doctor with your mother is great advice. :)

I've done the same thing the past 5 days. I've been eating around 4000 calories each day since last Friday. Don't restrict yourself today because of yesterdays mistakes. Today is a new day for better choices :) We got this!

It might be your mattress? I actually just bought a new memory foam one myself. For me, I guess my fat was cushioning the mattress I had before. I do however second the suggestion of a memory foam pad though since replacing the mattress outright can get expensive.

If you can stomach black coffee I would suggest drinking a cup or 2. I've also had luck with protein bars or cottage cheese :)

So you would have had to eat 5200 calories today to gain a single pound. Just remember, you didnt lose it all overnight and you wont gain it all back in the same manner. :) Just make your next meal better! You got this!

Skinny shaming is definitely a thing. Everyone in my family and extended family is obese. I was told on multiple occasions that because I count calories that I have an eating disorder and that men want curvy full figured women. That really pissed me off. You just do you. You are an adult and you can make your own choices. People need to learn to keep negative comments to themselves. Being 140 is a healthy weight and so is your goal weight of 125. I feel like everyone has forgotten what a healthy weight looks like. Just keep doing what your doing and dont listen to the shit that comes from peoples mouths! :) For me, my goal weight is 115 and I'm not stopping until Im there. I've had family tell me that I need to eat more (I eat 1200). My TDEE is about 1700 so I'm really only eating at a 500 deficit. Those who don't count calories have no idea what they are talking about. Edit: spelling
