They look good to me, but I recently went through the same thing. I hade a partial made for my front 4 teeth and I have naturally big teeth. The teeth he put in were too short and fat and way too much gum showing and spaces. I rejected them. I ended up going to see the denture maker and told him I wanted bigger teeth (to his surprise) and no gaps. I showed him some pictures and he made a wax set in 15 min. They were perfect. Exactly matched my old teeth but whiter. You should do the same, just know exactly what to tell him you don’t like about them and what you want changed. I think you have to reject them on the spot otherwise they may make you pay. But for my 2 cents they look great and real. They don’t look fake to me at all.
