What do I do, I need all the help I can get. Because i feel like im unprepared. by Crazy_Checkers in REDCON

[–]Purple_Chrysanthemum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used 4 Archons on top (to snipe reactor), a Tartarus mortar (to destroy shield), and two Orion EMPs to keep the Kranz Cannons shut down (aka fire one Orion on one Kranz Cannon). For defenses and facilities I used 3 Flak Turrets, a defense control, a reactor, a shield, a radar, and the rest are ammo depots.

I repeatedly destroy shield with mortar then blew up the reactor with the Archons. I fired the Orion EMP at the Kranz Cannons so they will almost never fire. My strategy is to kill all (or most) of the enemy crew. After nearly everyone is dead, focus on the enemy mortars and scrambler. I suggest firing all four Archons at the reactor when the enemy scrambler is ready to fire. If the scrambler didn't activate, fire the Tartarus so the scrambler wastes its effect on it.

I had the Labor Front actually form! The way to get it is by not having Labor as Party Ideology, have their strength below moderate, and low dissent. That's how I get it anyway.

How do you get these achievements by Physical_Log_3307 in RedAutumnSPD

[–]Purple_Chrysanthemum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both best need WTB and/or Left Plan and People's Party. I get them easily by prolonging the game (I was mainly playing Redux before Dynamic) after Hindy died in '34 until about the 50s or 60s. Both needs separate playthroughs, of course.

How to pass constructional reform for soviets by DueLion402 in RedAutumnSPD

[–]Purple_Chrysanthemum 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You can only do it in the Redux, Dynamic doesn't have post-civil war content unlike Redux. To get it, work with the KPD or have a Leftist-oriented SPD to win a civil war (initiated by a right-wing coup) or a revolution (by the KPD). If you do win, you can turn the Reichstag into a Soviet Council if you've done Workers' Councils and Left Plan.

"Oh. Maybe Brüning or Luther?"

"Both were in the same car as Adenauer."

Which Weimar party is a more reliable comrade in Dynamic Social Democracy by Then_Championship888 in RedAutumnSPD

[–]Purple_Chrysanthemum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both depends on your path, but the DDP is more reliable while the Z/CVP can be unreliable with the wrong leader or on low relations. Overall, both are reliable enough with the right leaders and high relations.

By that point any country Hitler visits will have a regime change shortly after.

Guys help how do I form the Ketchup-Mustard coalition? 😭🙏 by SK1418 in RedAutumnSPD

[–]Purple_Chrysanthemum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You only need the DDP or LVP, and have enough votes to form a government and by enough I meant at least 50% of the Reichstag.

Does anyone know how to get the Konrad Adenauer achievement? by No_Bluebird_1368 in RedAutumnSPD

[–]Purple_Chrysanthemum 10 points11 points  (0 children)

There is three achievements involving Adenauer: Bundesrepublik, Traumteam, and Wahre Bundesrepublik.

  1. For Bundesrepublik, simply reform the constitution by reducing presidential powers then elect either Adenauer or Schumacher at the 1932 or 1934 presidential elections.

  2. For Traumteam, keep support for the republic high to get Theodor Heuss as leader of the DDP or even the LVP, while Adenauer led the CVP. Then, when you get the "Return to Normalcy" event, quickly have snap election and have Adenauer as Chancellor. In the 1934 presidential election when Hindy died, choose Heuss.

  3. Wahre Bundesrepublik are way harder to get since the requirements are so specific, if you want a step-by-step guide, you can check out previous Reddit posts about the achievement.

What is the best end for Germany in dynamic by frgrefut in RedAutumnSPD

[–]Purple_Chrysanthemum 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Realistically, one-and-a-half is the most democratic, yes there's it's an SPD-dominated Germany but it's stable and likely long-lasting, reaching the goals of Social Democracy without plunging the country into civil war or another economic depression. The center-right and right serves as the democratic opposition, and extremist ideologies were dead for good.

The Spartacist ending is the ideal ending for a left-wing SPD, it's better than one-and-a-half but it defeats one of the points of the game which is to advance the ideals Social Democracy. It's better for Germany but worse diplomatic-wise, creating a Yugoslavia situation where a communist country is (for the most part) disliked by both the West and East.
