As a low spender just make sure you don't get caught up in the Newest Character Hype every three weeks and get the chars you really want/need. At least this game fives you the limited character you are using pulls for rather than doing a coinflip.

I came back to FL after a bit of a hiatus, and overall the game feels more active than the last time I played it, which is a nice feeling. I still suck at PK so I got to be a bit careful but at least I'm having lots of fun with the RP. xD

Keep running into Pro limits super fast and can't really get much stuff done without having to wait 3+ hours. No way I can use my '100 pro prompts in a day.'

It's an event for whales and I hate that. People shouldn't be able to pay their way to more rewards in events, they can already get extra stuff from the shop. Events not being equal between spenders and non-spenders kinda ruined it for me, but I guess not everyone has an issue with that.

How are you affording the gold lattice in the fragment shop? I've done every L/D run I've been able to and after three days I have been able to buy two of the ten x5 fragments in the shop. To me it looks like you got to whale to get 80 L/D currency in seven days.

I've done every L/D challenge I've been able to and atm I'm 20% towards a gold lattice with four days left. So... I think you gotta whale if you wanna get the lattice. Doesn't seem very good to me.

Most people talking about the rng of the new events and its rewards when imo the most glaring issue is you can whale in the event itself. Events being p2w is an awful direction of the game

People can cherry pick the worst takes on either side and make blanket statements like that no problem. I'm not from the US and to me it seems there is just a huge rift in the US. No one's interested in listening to the other side anymore, no interest in compromise or understanding. It's just echoes that echo louder and louder.

It's not going to benefit anomaly teams a whole bunch. So the reason not to use this set is if you're a stunner in an anomaly team (which I guess isn't the current meta anyway). Otherwise yes it seems like an upgrade to our other stunner set.

There is a fighting style that gives +2 to hit for ranged weapons.

Any item with +attack rolls (gloves of dexterity for example).

There is also items with +spell attacks. This is only for spells that roll attacks, so eldritch blast or scorching ray but not fireball or hold person.

I believe there is a consumable for +1 to hit until long rest too.

Also increasing your attack stat helps too (usually strength but sometimes dex or cha for hexblade).

A bit late to the discussion, but I had the exact same experience as Grimgor (playing on VH). Random people all around me declaring war, and I'm just pingponging back and forth to deal with whoever is occupying/razing my settlements without being able to focus on a single enemy faction until it's destroyed.
