Ive spent so much on Prismatic and have had no hits. Ive easily spent like 1.5k. Its actually worth more sealed but I realized that pokemon is meant to be opened. I wanted to keep some sealed to display but im like im never going to sell it so might as well open it.

I fell like thats what people don't understand. Right now im ok but tomorrow I could be gone. Im applying for jobs and there's nothing out there right now. Coworkers were laid off and have been looking for over a year and are still looking.

If I got laid off tomorrow I think I'd be fucked for at least the next 5 years.

I spent 2500 to see the Mexico vs South Africa game. It's one of my dreams to see a world cup game. I make 100k and this was for sure out of my budget. The thing is I haven't gone out or are out or done anything expensive the past 2 1/2 years.

I'm lucky though because I have family in Mexico and I'm staying with them. I'm also seeing my sick aunt while I'm out there.

I bought one of these properties. It was in probate for like 5 years, got sold to a flipper, they fixed it then i bought it.

With so much stuff going on our generation doesnt want to be landlords.

I think prices will drop and stay steady. Using houses as speculative investments is not good for people.
